Wellness Care

Preventive care is a crucial step that you can take to keep your pet happy, healthy, and living longer.  

 

Annual wellness visits are recommended for your pet to have a full physical examination by our veterinarians and to have routine diagnostic testing such fecal screening for parasites. For senior pets, 8 years and older, wellness exams every 6 months are encouraged. Based on the specific risk factors for your pet, our veterinarians will make recommendations for your pet regarding vaccinations, parasite prevention, diet, and dental care.  If a health issue is detected during your pet's examination, diagnostic testing will be discussed.

The wellness visit is your opportunity to speak to our veterinarians and staff about any concerns you have about your pet's health.  Our goal is to promote the well-being of your pet and to detect underlying health conditions as early as possible.
